Who processes your data?

ARDEZIL LIMITED, represented by Gladys PRESSENSE (contact@ardezil.com).

What data?

The data you enter in the quote form: name, email, phone, club or organisation, equipment type, quantity and message.

Why?

Solely to answer your quote request and follow up on your order. Your data is never sold or used for any other purpose.

Who receives it?

Only the ARDEZIL team, via its email inbox. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages also go through that service, which is subject to the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy.

Where is your data stored?

The site is hosted by Emergent Labs Inc. on servers located in the United States (Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, MongoDB Atlas database, Cloudflare network). Quote requests are also sent by email to the ARDEZIL team, who may access them from the United Arab Emirates and Wallis and Futuna. These providers are required to protect your data and to use it solely to operate the site.

For how long?

3 years after our last exchange if no order is placed. For customers, for as long as needed for the business relationship and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@ardezil.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (property G-8VSVDPNGRW) to measure its audience. These cookies are only set after your explicit consent through the banner shown on your first visit: until you click "Accept", no measurement script is loaded. You can change your mind at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. No other tracking tool is installed: no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar, no advertising network.
