Rugby jerseys for kids
Rugby schools, sports sections and U8 to U14 age groups represent a large share of our production. Kids' jerseys come in sizes 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16, rolling straight into adult sizes S to 7XL: a single order can therefore kit out juniors, cadets and the coaching staff at once. The size chart below gives the half-chest and length of every size, to the centimetre.
For the youngest players we use a tight-weave reinforced polyester: it takes tackles, slides on wet grass and repeated machine washes without stretching or losing colour. Shoulder and armhole seams are double-stitched, the collar is reinforced, and because the design is sublimated into the fibre there is no peeling transfer and no thick layer rubbing against children's skin.

Rugby jerseys for adults
For senior squads the jersey comes in a fitted match cut — close to the body to limit grip in defence — or a roomier training cut, more comfortable for sessions and sevens tournaments. The fabric is a breathable reinforced quick-dry polyester designed for the hot, humid Pacific climate. Reinforced collar and double-stitched shoulder seams: the jersey takes scrums and tackles alike.
We also produce home and away jersey sets, goalkeeper shirts for multi-sport clubs, delegation polos and matching tracksuits. Your Polynesian patterns, colours and sponsors are carried identically across the whole kit.

Matching rugby shorts
Ordered together with the jersey, the shorts carry exactly the same patterns and colours. Reinforced polyester, elastic waistband and drawcord, player number on the thigh as an option. They can also be ordered on their own from our shorts page.
Name, number, crest, sponsors
With sublimation, personalisation is included: player name on the back, number front and back, club crest on the chest and sponsor logos on the sleeves. Every jersey in the squad can be unique at no extra manufacturing cost.
From 10 pieces, free mock-up
The minimum order is 10 jerseys per model, kids' and adult sizes mixed. You receive a free mock-up within 24 to 48 hours and production starts once you approve it: allow 2 to 3 weeks, so 5 to 6 weeks before a tournament.

How to measure
- →Half chest: measure horizontally under the arms, at the widest point of the torso
- →Waist and hips (shorts): measure at the narrowest point of the waist, then at the widest point of the hips
- →Length: from the top of the shoulder to the jersey hem, or from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the shorts
- →Use a soft tape measure, stand straight with arms alongside the body

Important note: the charts show flat measurements (half chest, half waist or half hips). To get the full measurement, multiply these values by 2 (e.g. jersey size L = 59 × 2 = 118 cm chest). If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one for better comfort while playing.

Do you offer rugby jerseys in kids' sizes?
Yes. We make kids' rugby jerseys in sizes 4 to 16, then adult sizes S to 7XL. Because every jersey is made to measure by sublimation, you can freely mix kids' and adult sizes in a single order: perfect for a rugby school kitting out its U8, U10, U12 squads and coaches at once. Our official size guide gives the half-chest and exact length for every size.
Are matching rugby shorts included?
Shorts are an option, ordered together with the jersey to guarantee an identical finish. We carry the same Polynesian patterns and colours onto the shorts, with the player's number on the thigh if you wish. Rugby shorts are cut from reinforced polyester with an elastic waistband and drawcord, built for scrums and tackles.
What is the minimum order and lead time for a rugby club?
The minimum is 10 jerseys per model. You receive a free mock-up within 24 to 48 hours, with as many revisions as needed, then production takes around 2 to 3 weeks once you approve it. For a tournament or the start of a rugby-school season, plan your order 5 to 6 weeks ahead.

Can we add names, numbers and sponsors on each jersey?
Yes, and at no extra manufacturing cost with sublimation: player name on the back, number front and back, club crest on the chest, sponsor logos on the sleeves or under the number. Every jersey in the squad can therefore be different. For a simple addition on already-made garments (tracksuits, cotton polos) we use heat-transfer flocking.
